this website is operated by shecommerce. throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to shecommerce. by accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. if you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

we may update or change these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.

1. eligibility & conduct

• you must be at least the age of majority in your country to use our services.

• you may not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, or to violate intellectual property laws.

• a breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

2. intellectual property & licence

all course materials, videos, templates, text, graphics, community posts, coaching call recordings, and any other content made available via the service (the “content”) are the intellectual property of shecommerce (or our licensors).

you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only while your subscription remains active.

you must not copy, download, record, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the content without our express written permission.

3. community access (discord)

part of the mentorship service includes access to our discord workspace. access may be terminated at any time if you break the rules or guidelines (available in your member dashboard).

sharing your login or giving anyone else access to your account or our community is strictly prohibited.

4. subscriptions, billing & cancellations

• all memberships run on a recurring subscription basis (e.g. monthly, quarterly) until cancelled.

• by subscribing, you consent to automatic renewal and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

• your subscription is self-managed. you are responsible for cancelling or updating it through your account dashboard before the renewal date. we do not process cancellations by email.

• payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide credits or refunds for partial periods or unused content.

• if a payment fails, we may suspend access until a valid payment method is provided.

• we may change our pricing or plans from time to time, but your price will not increase during an active subscription.

5. prohibited uses

you may not use the service or content to:

• copy, download, screen-record, or otherwise capture content for any purpose other than your personal study while subscribed.

• share, publish, distribute, or resell the content (including posting on social media, file-sharing sites, or within other groups).

• create competing products, courses, or services using our materials.

• harass, abuse, defame, or infringe the rights of others.

• attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the service in any way.

6. suspension & termination

we may suspend or terminate your access immediately, and without refund, if we reasonably suspect you have:

• copied, shared, leaked, downloaded, or otherwise misused the content,

• shared your login or allowed unauthorised access, or

• breached any other part of these terms.

if misuse is confirmed, no refunds or credits will be given for any remaining subscription period.

7. confidentiality

within the community and coaching calls, you may access confidential business information, strategies, and member contributions. you agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce any such information outside the service.

recording, downloading, or saving our videos, live calls, or community content is not permitted unless we explicitly enable downloads.

8. disclaimers & limitations

our services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. we do not guarantee that:

• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free,

• any particular results will be achieved, or

• that earnings or outcomes are typical.

materials may include forward-looking statements about potential earnings or results. these reflect only our opinions and expectations. many factors will affect your results, and we make no guarantees that you will achieve results similar to ours or anyone else’s.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of our services.

9. indemnity

you agree to indemnify and hold harmless shecommerce, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of england & wales.
